JMC Paper tech Pvt. Ltd., leading Manufacturer cum exporter of Pulp & Paper mill Machinery, successfully started up its 120 TPD single wire kraft paper machine in EVERNEW PAPERS LLP, MORBI, GUJARAT, INDIA.

The capacity of the machine is about 120 TPD with a deckle size of 4100 mm. Designed speed is 300 MPM and operating speed is 250 MPM. But currently it is running in 150 TPD without any modification. It is designed to manufacture Hi-BF kraft papers, Fluting media & Test liners. Highlight of the machine is Single wire paper machine with proposed scope for top wire in future and Raw-material used are OCC, NDLKC, KCC.
Total project cost is INR 40 crore. Total Paper machine with partial Pulp mill equipment are supplied by JMC Paper Tech.
