Shandong Huatai Paper has achieved a significant milestone with the successful startup of its new chemical pulp line at its state-of-the-art pulp and paper mill.
The new line, designed for producing 700,000 tonnes per year of high-quality bleached hardwood kraft pulp, marks a major step forward for the company in enhancing its production capacity and efficiency. The project, which includes advanced cooking, washing, and bleaching sections, was commissioned smoothly on the first attempt, showcasing the technical expertise and operational excellence of the Shandong Huatai team.
According to Sun Changgeng, Vice General Manager at Shandong Huatai Paper, the process from chip feeding to pulp production was seamless, reflecting the company’s commitment to delivering top-quality pulp to its customers. With this new line, Shandong Huatai aims to strengthen its position as a leading player in the global pulp and paper industry, catering to the growing demand for premium pulp products.
