In September 2020, PMP (Paper Machinery Producer) signed a contract with Rizhao Huatai Paper for delivery of an 9 channel Intelli-Jet V® hydraulic headbox with CP system for their new sack kraft paper machine (PM#3), that will be built in Rizhao City, China.
PMP Intelli-Jet V® hydraulic headbox allows to reach outstanding performance. It ensures an impressive basis weight profile, superior sheet formation, and great fiber orientation. Rizhao Huatai Paper has chosen PMP’s headbox solution due to its impressive reference base on sack paper and kraft paper. The project drivers are focused to produce the highest quality standard sack paper in China market, that will be achieved through the application of state-of-art technology.
The scope of supply includes design, supply and commission of the new Intelli-Jet V® controlled by the dilution water system. PMP also looks forward to supporting Rizhao Huatai Paper through the entire project process. The delivery, installation, and start-up are scheduled for the second half of 2021.
