U.S. company launches a new paper former

U.S. company BMG has unveiled the launch of the QuadPro paper former which the manufacturer says provides the industry’s highest production output and lowest scrap rate with the use of a patent-pending, continuous forming process.

“This innovative system is the product of cooperation among three BMG companies, Brown Machine, Freeman Tooling and NAS Nalle Automation Systems. These companies brought together state-of-the-art technologies and processes to create an innovative turnkey paper forming, tooling and automation solution that meets industry demand,” the American business said in a statement.

The company says that QuadPro “consistently outperforms the market leader in paper forming. When compared to its competition, QuadPro achieves up to 3.5 times as much product output, over 95% product yield, and under 5% product scrap. Moreover, it produces higher quality products with improved rigidity.

Based in Beaverton, in the U.S. state of Michigan, BMG says it is a leading provider of forming, tooling and automation solutions.
