PM : Do you manufacture the nozzles with self-cleaning designs and what kind of maintenance is required for this?
RB : Yes, we manufacture the nozzles, we do have NOZZLES with self -cleaning brushing system.
PM: What is Ruby jet nozzle and is it manufactured in different materials such as Ceramic, Tungsten or brass?
RB : Ruby jet nozzles are the nozzles in which ruby is inserted in the nozzles to give since it is well known that ruby nozzles last longer than their ceramic or metal counterparts. Rubies inserted in the nozzles are very hardwearing, more so than any metal or ceramic equivalent. Our nozzles also consume less water because the extraordinarily smooth and precise nature of the ruby orifice surface means that laminar flows can be maintained with smaller orifice diameters. Moreover, the better made they are the more this benefit will be enhanced.
Ruby nozzles cannot be made in other material, as ruby in itself is gemstone with high hardness. Yes, we do manufacture in other material llike brass, tungsten etc.
“Our nozzles also consume less water because the extraordinarily smooth and precise nature of the ruby orifice surface”
PM : Do you manufacture filters which will withstand with a high-pressure capacity?
RB : Yes, we do manufacture high pressure filters, we have three types of filters: – simplex, duplex, triplex. Our filters come with easy removal top cover and filter cartridge system. In case of of our duplex and triplex filters Can shut off individual filters if not required, Rugged and reliable high pressure rating ball valve with Teflon seal, Manual back flushing provision enables cartridge cleaning on time, Automatic indication of pressure difference due to filter clogging.

PM : Challenges you face in Indian Market ?
RB : Paper industry fallows the very conventional approach, The major challenge which we face is the acceptance of the new technology in India. In India there are very few who enters the market in the startup phase of the product life cycle, everyone wants to enter in the market in growth or maturity phase of the product. In the introduction phase there are very few players who accept the product. Indian market is also very price competitive market too , even lots of regional players are also there who produce the product without adding any technology to the product.
PM : Your future business plans?
RB : Currently our whole focus is on improving the current manufacturing facility. So, we don’t have any other business. We are having more than 50 percent of the market share of the north Indian market. In the other parts of India our presence is also growing year on year basis. We want to penetrate more in the southern part of the India. We are expanding our business in the Egypt as we already have orders from there and want to show our presence in the European market too.

RB : We all know that Indian pulp and paper industry need to catch up with world class standard of manufacturing. So, we have to be more open towards the new technology, even the current environment policy is stringent. We have to upgrade ourselves to cope with future environment changes because these changes will also change the prevailing practices of the paper industry.
PM : How do you see the growth of Indian paper industry in future?
RB : The Indian paper industry has a great future ahead as there is improvement in operating margins for top 10 listed companies in FY23, driven by a 45 % revenue growth and a surge in net realisation. However, the industry showed signs of stabilisation in Q4FY23 due to various geo political reason. Looking ahead to FY24, a moderation in top-line and operating margins is anticipated. The Indian paper and paperboard packaging market is projected to grow at a CAGR of 6.6 per cent until 2027. Supply-demand disruptions led to higher realisations, while imports of raw materials and uncertainty in the industry pose challenges for future growth.
