C2C Consultancy Secures Detailed Engineering Work Order for WARAQ’s PM-2 & PM-3 Pulp Mill Rebuild

New project strengthens C2C Consultancy’s engineering portfolio in the pulp and paper industry

C2C Consultancy has achieved another significant milestone with the award of a new engineering assignment from M/s. WARAQ (Arab Paper Manufacturing Company) for the detailed engineering of its PM-2 and PM-3 Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) pulp mill rebuild and reject handling system.

The project encompasses detailed engineering for the OCC pulp mill rebuild and reject handling system, representing an important step towards upgrading the existing mill infrastructure and supporting improved operational performance. The engineering assignment is expected to address key aspects of system reliability, process efficiency and effective reject management within the pulp preparation operations.

OCC recycling plays a vital role in the manufacturing of recycled paper and packaging grades. Efficient pulp preparation and reject handling are essential for maintaining consistent fibre quality, minimising material losses and ensuring smooth downstream operations. Accordingly, engineering improvements in these areas can contribute significantly to overall mill performance and operating efficiency.

The new assignment further reinforces C2C Consultancy’s continued involvement in providing specialised engineering solutions for the pulp and paper sector. Through this collaboration, the company aims to support WARAQ in its modernisation objectives with comprehensive engineering expertise focused on reliability, performance and long-term operational efficiency.

The work order also reflects the confidence placed in C2C Consultancy’s engineering capabilities and its commitment to supporting the evolving technical requirements of the global pulp and paper industry.

With this latest project, C2C Consultancy continues to strengthen its position as an engineering solutions partner for pulp and paper manufacturers, contributing to the industry’s ongoing focus on process improvement, resource utilisation and operational excellence.
