HERGEN, a reference in technological solutions for the paper industry, will be responsible for supplying a new iNOVAFLOW to CAPRIMA, a tissue paper manufacturer based in the city of Iomerê (state of Santa Catarina – Brazil).
The equipment, designed with working speed of up to 1,000 m/min, will produce toilet grades, semi-Kraft and MG white papers, with basis weight ranging from 16 g/m² to 50 g/m². The new headbox will have micro jacks for high-precision cross machine basis weight profile adjustment, promoting greater jet uniformity. The sheet width on the pope reel will be 2,470 mm.
