Miracle Group Eyes Pan-India Expansion with Integrated Packaging Strategy

Jaipur-based packaging company expands manufacturing footprint and strengthens its portfolio across cartons, flexible packaging, corrugated boxes, labels and rigid packaging

Jaipur, August 8, 2026: Jaipur-headquartered Miracle Group is entering a new phase of growth, backed by capacity expansion, a diversified packaging portfolio and plans to strengthen its presence across India.

Speaking at Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 in July, Gaurav Agarwal, Director of Operations, Miracle Group, outlined the company’s growth strategy, which includes investments in manufacturing infrastructure, machinery, talent development and international markets.

Founded as a first-generation enterprise, Miracle Group has expanded rapidly over the past decade to become an integrated packaging solutions provider. Its portfolio spans folding cartons, flexible laminates, corrugated packaging, labels, shrink sleeves and rigid packaging solutions, allowing brand owners to source multiple packaging formats from a single supplier.

“We crossed ₹1,000 crore in revenue, and we aim to reach quality customers across India with a complete packaging solution,” Agarwal said. He highlighted the company’s integrated model, under which customers with manufacturing facilities across different locations can source multiple packaging formats through a single partner.

Expanding Manufacturing Footprint

Miracle Group currently operates manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and West Bengal, with plans to add two more territories as part of its ongoing expansion.

The wider manufacturing network is designed to help major food and FMCG companies maintain consistent packaging supplies across multiple production locations while simplifying their supply chains.

The company’s facilities have also evolved into specialised production hubs. Jaipur serves as its most comprehensive manufacturing base, producing almost every packaging format within the group’s portfolio. Gujarat houses offset and flexographic carton production, while facilities in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh focus primarily on folding cartons, with printing capabilities continuing to expand.

In eastern India, the West Bengal facility produces almost every packaging format offered by the company, except flexible packaging.

Focus on Value-Added Packaging

Miracle Group is continuing to expand its presence in core categories such as monocartons, flexible laminates and corrugated packaging, while increasing its focus on value-added products including labels and shrink sleeves.

The company believes that offering multiple packaging formats under one umbrella can provide brand owners with greater procurement convenience while improving supply-chain efficiency.

Alongside manufacturing expansion, Miracle Group has also invested in its corporate infrastructure. The company recently inaugurated a new corporate headquarters in Jaipur, aimed at creating a modern workplace and attracting skilled professionals.

“Packaging is becoming an increasingly sophisticated industry, and people remain one of our biggest growth drivers,” Agarwal said. He added that developing a strong workforce will be critical as the company expands into new markets.

Export Ambitions Gain Momentum

Indusfood Ahmedabad 2026 also provided Miracle Group with an opportunity to strengthen its international business initiatives.

The company has already started supplying packaging solutions to several international markets and plans to further expand its export footprint. According to Agarwal, industry exhibitions provide an important platform for connecting packaging suppliers with food brands, particularly companies looking to expand their exports.

“Indusfood offers an excellent opportunity because it brings export-focused food brands and packaging companies together,” he said.

Beyond generating immediate business opportunities, the company views exhibitions as platforms for understanding evolving customer requirements, engaging with industry peers and identifying opportunities to improve its products and services.

Building an Integrated Packaging Partner

With continued investments in manufacturing capacity, machinery, product development and talent, Miracle Group is positioning itself for its next stage of growth.

As packaging demand increases alongside India’s expanding organised manufacturing and export sectors, the company aims to leverage its broad product portfolio and geographically distributed manufacturing network to become a preferred integrated packaging partner for brands across India and international markets.
