Every component of BluePulp LC contributes to more efficient and reliable resolution. With the IntensaPulper IP-R, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 25 percent compared to convetional pulpers. The IntensaPump conveys the highly contaminated stock flow from the IntensaPulper IP-R to the IntensaMaXX disposal machine, enabling energy savings of up to 30 percent and reducing wear at the same time.
The BluePulp LC is part of Voith’s BlueLine product portfolio, characterized by enhanced safety, lower energy consumption, higher runnability, lower maintenance costs, reduced fiber loss and lower water consumption.
