Sharpening the Saw – A Day of Learning, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement!
Kemira conducted a “Sharpening the Saw” workshop at JK Paper as part of its Knowledge Bridge Series, bringing together teams for meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
The interactive workshop provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences, discuss operational challenges and explore areas for improvement. The discussions also focused on strengthening collaboration and aligning teams on future initiatives.
The Kemira team shared its technical expertise and industry knowledge, making the sessions insightful and valuable for the participants. Key discussion areas included Total Chemical Management, BCTMP, GPAM and safety.
The initiative highlighted the importance of collaboration between industry partners in sharing knowledge, addressing challenges and developing solutions that create sustainable value for the pulp and paper industry.
Tajinder Chahal, Business Development Manager at Kemira, expressed his appreciation to the JK Paper management and team for their hospitality, active participation and support in making the workshop successful.
